Navigation inside Documents
The key combinations that allow you to navigate through a document are listed in the table below.
Shortcut | Description |
---|---|
LEFT ARROW KEY | Moves one character to the left in a document. |
RIGHT ARROW KEY | Moves one character to the right in a document. |
UP ARROW KEY | Moves one line up. |
DOWN ARROW KEY | Moves one line down. |
ENTER | Creates a new paragraph in a document. |
SHIFT+ENTER | Creates a new line in a document. |
TAB | Moves the cursor to the next tab stop or inserts an indent. |
HOME | Moves to the beginning of the line. |
END | Moves to the end of the line. |
PAGE DOWN | Moves to the beginning of the next page. |
PAGE UP | Moves to the beginning of the current page. |
CTRL+HOME | Moves to the beginning of the document. |
CTRL+END | Moves to the end of the document. |
CTRL+RIGHT ARROW KEY | Moves one word right. |
CTRL+LEFT ARROW KEY | Moves one word left. |
F11 | Switches to full screen. |
